Tovar Euro Performance is Art Tovar’s European auto shop in Boerne, Texas, and this is its website. Nothing is sold on this site. Apart from basic visit statistics, the only personal information it collects is what you choose to send.
What gets collected
The Request a Time form asks for your name, with room for your phone number, email address, the vehicle, the kind of work you need, and any details about the car. Only your name is required. You only send what you type in.
If you call, text, or email the shop, it has your number or email address and whatever you tell it.
Like almost every website, the company that hosts this one keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

What the shop does not do
Tovar Euro Performance does not sell, rent, or trade your information. Sending a request does not sign you up for marketing emails or texts.
Who else handles it
Requests are delivered by Web3Forms, which emails them to the shop and keeps a copy on its own servers. To screen out spam, Web3Forms may check the IP address and email address of a request with outside spam filters. RJ Digital, which built and maintains this website, can see requests and visit statistics while it looks after the site. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps the technical logs described above, and visit statistics are handled by Google Analytics. Each company follows its own privacy policy for the data it handles. Your information is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Analytics, cookies, and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. The shop sees totals, not who you are. Nothing you type into the form is sent to Google Analytics. It only counts that a request was sent, or that the phone number was tapped or clicked, and on which part of the site.
Google may use this information to track activity across other websites and over time, under Google’s privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser. The site works the same without them. It does not respond differently to a browser’s Do Not Track setting.
How long it is kept
The shop keeps requests for as long as they are useful, such as while your car is in for work. The copy Web3Forms keeps is deleted automatically after three years at the most. Ask, and yours will be deleted from both places sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what the shop has from you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also ask the shop to stop contacting you, and it will.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a vehicle. Tovar Euro Performance does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
